It works to foster a greater appreciation of Polish contributions to art, music, literature, and history through scholarships, awards, educational programs, and cultural events. The council also advocates for the recognition of Polish heritage within the broader American cultural landscape, strengthening ties between Polish-Americans and Poland while fostering mutual understanding and respect.
