We are proud to announce that a member of the Polish Youth Association, Aleksandra Marczuk, who serves as the Director of Development and Partnerships, had the honor of delivering a lecture titled "Young, Active, Effective – How to Take Action to Achieve Real Change" as part of the School Climate Conference. The event took place on March 14th at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, bringing together young people interested in social activism and effective action for change.
During the lecture, Aleksandra, together with the participants, challenged common myths about social activism—particularly those related to budget, career, a and free time. A key part of the event was a discussion on effective networking, authenticity in action, and methods for setting and achieving goals efficiently.

Participants of the event had the opportunity to explore tools that help identify their strengths and effectively apply them in social actions. One of the most interesting parts of the meeting was analyzing the results of the Gallup test—a tool that identifies key talents of an individual. It was surprising for everyone to discover that self-confidence is the least common talent, highlighting the importance of working on self-awareness and personal development.
Aleksandra Marczuk is a young, ambitious social activist who has been involved in initiatives for young people for many years. Her lecture, held at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, was an inspiring event that provided participants with valuable knowledge on how to take effective action and bring about positive change in their surroundings. This lecture inspired young people to embrace courage, authenticity, and take action for real change in their community. The fact that, at the age of seventeen, she had the opportunity to lead such a prestigious event at a university shows how young people are capable of shaping the future and inspiring others.
The Polish Youth Association proudly supports young leaders, encouraging them to actively participate in social initiatives, build a better world, and demonstrate that the voice of the younger generation also matters. This event is proof that we are opening pathways for young people at an early age, giving them the space to develop their skills and influence the world around them.
