AN ACCREDITED POLISH STUDENT CLUB OF THE POLISH YOUTH ASSOCIATION
Polish Students Society
Founded in 1995, the Yale Polish Students Society unites Polish, Polish-American, and Slavic students, faculty, and alumni to celebrate Polish heritage and foster cultural exchange across the Yale community. Open to all undergraduates, graduates, and alumni, our weekly dinners and events provide a vibrant platform for connection and engagement. Key activities include traditional celebrations like Wigilia (Polish Christmas Eve) and Wielkanoc (Easter), festive Tłusty Czwartek, and Parada Pułaskiego. We also host cultural evenings with pierogi-making, food tastings, and theater nights, and invite distinguished speakers from Poland. The Society collaborates on academic conferences, including at LSE, and participates in Yale’s MacMillan Center events, creating a dynamic space for learning, sharing, and connecting with Polish culture. The Yale Polish Students Society is proud to foster connections within and beyond Yale, welcoming all interested in Polish culture to join us in sharing and celebrating this vibrant heritage.
