The offer is addressed to people planning to start full-time first-cycle, second-cycle or uniform master's studies in Poland, which the program is to support in taking up academic education in Poland. The studies may be preceded by a one-year NAWA preparatory course.

People who are already studying in Poland at first-cycle, second-cycle or uniform master's studies may apply only for a scholarship to continue full-time studies, provided that they have very good academic results.

The programme offer addressed to people of Polish origin who do not have Polish citizenship and people who have citizenship of Poland and another country is being unified – from the 2025 recruitment, people with so-called dual citizenship can also apply for a scholarship for full-time second-cycle studies – after completing first-cycle studies in Poland, as well as for a scholarship to continue studies previously undertaken in 

Poland.

NAWA has planned nearly PLN 32 million for this year's recruitment, of which nearly PLN 28 million are funds earmarked for the implementation of scholarships as part of the recruitment for first-cycle studies and long-cycle master's studies.
